Based in Aberdeen, I bring over 20 years of experience working with businesses and alongside leadership teams, combined with extensive HR expertise, a finance background and a strong understanding of the commercial environment. My career has spanned the energy, subsea, aviation, telecommunications and logistics sectors, including supporting organisations and leadership teams across the UK and internationally.
This experience means I understand that good HR is about more than policies and processes. It is about balancing the needs of your people with the commercial realities of running a business.
